Jazzy Huff is accused of fatally shooting his employee Lee Davis in downtown Albany in August 2019. In September 2019, Huff was indicted on malice murder, felony murder, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
Investigators believe Huff and Davis were arguing about Davis’ pay before the shooting.
If found guilty, Huff faces life in prison without parole, plus 25 years.
