Republicans to Defend Voter Intimidation Charges in Court

Democrats will go before a federal judge in New Jersey arguing that Republicans are intimidating voters by their use of volunteer poll watchers.  The Democrats say Republicans and the Trump campaign are pushing supporters to intimidate and confront voters on election day.

The Republican Party says the charges are not true and fought back against charges of wrongdoing in Nevada and Arizona courts. Arguments will also be heard on Friday in Ohio and in Pennsylvania on Monday.

The legal challenges seek court orders to block volunteer GOP poll watchers from voter harassment.
