The foster mother and brother of Tiahleigh Palmer are due to face court on Monday on charges relating to the investigation into the murder of the 12-year-old.
Julene Thorburn, 54, and her son Josh Thorburn, 20 are charged with perjury and perverting the course of justice. They have been on bail since September, and will make their first appearance in Beenleigh Magistrates Court.
Also charged with murder is her husband Rick, 56. Another son, Trent, 19, has been charged with incest.
