Benjamin Brewer, of London, Kentucky, was charged with six counts of vehicular homicide, four counts of reckless aggravated assault and three other counts of driving violations. According to the final NTSB report on the crash 'investigators found a partially empty bottle of Advanced Detox Solutions Immediate Cleanser 2 among the driver’s personal belongings in the sleeper berth. According to the driver, the bottle was not his and he did not know where it came from, despite having cleaned the berth upon moving into it the week prior to the crash.'.
