The inquest at the South Gauteng High Court into the death of anti-apartheid activist Neil Aggett.
Almost 40 years after he died in custody, the inquest into the anti-apartheid doctor and trade unionist Neil Aggett’s death is being reopened. Activists and family members are looking to overturn the finding that he committed suicide in 1982.
