Jessie Price-Brown and Terrell Price-Brown Trial

Jessie Price-Brown and Terrell Price-Brown, who are married, have been charged with second-degree murder and accessory after the fact in the murder of 32-year-old Derek Parks.

The Price-Browns are accused of befriending Parks in June 2018 after meeting on the gay dating app Grinder then killing him when he returned from his shift as a Lyft driver in the early morning hours of July 17, 2018.

Tallahassee Police say Parks returned to his apartment to find the two men trying to steal his belongings. The couple strangled Parks with a belt, rolled him up in a rug and drove his body to Americus, Georgia, where his remains were found in August 2018.
