Andrew Mitchell Trial

Andrew Mitchell is accused of shooting Donna Castleberry in the back seat of his unmarked car in 2018.

Mitchell is charged with murder and voluntary manslaughter.

Police say Mitchell shot Castleberry after she stabbed him in the hand during an investigation into prostitution complaints. Mitchell is also facing federal charges of trying to force people he arrested into having sex. He is set to go on trial for those charges in September.
