A mother has been arrested for allegedly marrying her daughter some eight years after marrying her own son.
Patricia Spann, 43, wed 25-year-old Misty Spann in March this year in Oklahoma, court records show.  Police say the couple have been arrested on charges of incest after an investigator discovered their union.  The arrest affidavit indicates that she said the pair, “hit it off.”
Patricia apparently listed her last name as ‘Clayton’ in her marriage to Misty on March 25.   However, she had listed her name as “Patricia Ann Clayton Spann” eight years earlier when she married her son, Jody Spann Jr.  Patricia and Jody’s marriage was annulled in 2010.
They are being held in an Oklahoma jail and could be imprisoned for up to 10 years if convicted of the charges.
