Linda Lee

Linda Lee pleaded guilty to 31 counts of arson and 18 counts of wanton endangerment. Dating back to 2012, Lee admitted that she intentionally set fire to a duplex causing $20,000 in damage and also admitted to setting numerous other fires, including several flags, door mats, motorcycles, and more than 30 Christmas wreaths hanging from front porches across Louisville, Kentucky. In August, 2015 She was sentenced to 20 years in prison but she is eligible for shock probation anywhere from 30 days to six months of being sentenced to jail. Shock probation is a sentencing strategy offered in some jurisdictions to shock or introduce offenders to the long-term realities of a criminal career through a short-term visit to prison.
