Elijah Dewitt, 18, was shot and killed while on a date with his girlfriend of more than four years outside of the Sugarloaf Mills Mall in Georgia on October 5, 2022. Shortly after the shooting, investigators identified Chandler Richardson, then 19, and Kenmare Bryan, then 18, and they were arrested in South Carolina. Richardson and Bryan are charged with felony murder.
