Sarah Boone is charged with second-degree murder following the death of her boyfriend, Jorge Torres Jr. Boone put Torres into a suitcase and left him there, where he eventually died. Torres had repeatedly called Boone's name and told her he couldn't breathe when he was trapped inside a blue suitcase on the living room floor. However, when Torres called her name from inside the suitcase on the floor of her Orange County apartment, Sarah Boone laughed and taunted him while filming the suitcase from across the room, telling him that he deserved to suffer. Boone went upstairs and fell asleep. Boone claims when she woke up, she found his body the next day.
