Judges have stated that Roger Hillygus was a vexatious litigant and have stated and ordered that Roger Hillygus has mental disorder.

Hillygus has stated that he is facing kidnapping charges for rescuing his mother Susan Hillygus per her request while locked in a facility against her will as a resident not a patient.
