Following an altercation inside the Dogwood Bar, captured on video, when the bar closed a brawl started outside and that was captured on surveillance video. Mosely believes the video evidence will prove that he was simply defending himself.

Mosely has a lengthy criminal history that includes assault and armed robbery, among other offenses. At the time of the bar fight, Mosley was free on bond, facing criminal charges for stabbing a girl in the eye with a key. For that incident he was later convicted of criminal attempt to commit aggravated assault and sentenced to 12 years in prison.
