Mark Sievers Trial

Teresa Sievers was murdered four years ago. Teresa, 46, had the back of her head bashed in and was found face down on the kitchen floor on June 29, 2015.

Her husband Mark Sievers, 51, and Jimmy Rodgers, 29 were both charged in the murder but both are having separate trials.

Jimmy Rodgers was was convicted in October 2019 of second-degree murder in the 2015 bludgeoning death of Bonita Springs doctor Teresa Sievers.

Mark Sievers is accused of hiring Wayne Wright, who is also suspected of hiring Jimmy Rodgers to carry out the murders. Wright, 51, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in February 2016.
