Henry Segura, 38, is charged with the 2010 murders of his ex-girlfriend Brandi Peters, her two twin daughters and his own son.

Segura, the longest serving inmate at the Leon County Jail, faces four counts of first-degree murder.

If convicted, he could be sentenced to death.

Prosecutors say Segura killed all four over $20,000 in child support he was ordered to pay.

Peters, her 6-year-old daughters Tamiyah and Taniyah Peters and JaVante Segura, 3, were found dead in their Saddle Creek Run home in November 2010.
