Gregory and Travis McMichael and William Bryan are accused in the murder of Ahmaud Arbery, a 25-year-old black man, was shot three times Feb. 23 after a white father and son – Gregory, 64, and Travis McMichael, 34, – chased him down while he was jogging through Satilla Shores, a neighborhood two miles from his home in Brunswick.

William ‘Roddie’ Bryan Jr., 50, captured the killing on video.

Gregory McMichael and Travis McMichael are charged with felony murder and aggravated assault. William Bryan is charged with felony murder and criminal attempt to commit false imprisonment.

If convicted, all three men could face life in prison, with or without parole, or the death penalty.
