Judgment in the battle over who owns the use and name of uMkhonto we Sizwe is expected to be delivered in the KwaZulu-Natal High Court in Durban. The governing party took the newly-formed uMkhonto we Sizwe political party to court in March seeking interdictory relief over the use of the name and the logo.
