Ronald Millsaps is charged with shooting two Blount County Deputies. The two Blount County deputies were injured in a shooting before a standoff at a home in the Rockford area of Tennessee. Millsaps is charged with multiple counts of aggravated assault, attempted criminal homicide, especially aggravated kidnapping, and reckless endangerment.
