Jeremy Albert Best is accused of killing his pregnant wife and fleeing with their infant child who was later found dead. Bonneville County Dispatch responded to a call from individuals who were hunting east of Idaho Falls. They had discovered a man in a sleeping bag on the side of the road who the police discovered was Jeremy Best. After Best was secured and placed in a patrol car, officers located his vehicle in a nearby embankment off the roadway. There, deputies also located the body of his son 10-month-old Zeke Best who was deceased when they found him. Before Best went missing he had been seen walking naked through a local general store earlier that same day.
