Authorities say Gloria Williams, 51, stole Kamiyah Mobley from a Jacksonville hospital after she was born in 1998. She raised her in Walterboro under the name of Alexis Manigo. They were found in January after tips led investigators to South Carolina. Kamiyah was just a day old when she was kidnapped July 10, 1998, by a woman posing as a nurse, who took her from her mother's room at University Medical Center, now UF Health Jacksonville. Police said the woman had roamed the hospital for 14 hours and was asking about 16-year-old Shanara Mobley's baby before taking her to South Carolina.
