Alexander Rodriguez is charged with Count 1 - sexual abuse of a child continuous victim under 14 during a period that was 30 or more days in duration on or about November 11, 2013 through November 11, 2017 when the defendant was 17 years of age or older and did commit two or more acts of sexual abuse by penetrating the anus of the victim. The defendant did intentionally and knowingly cause the sexual organ of the defendant to contact the anus of the victim. The defendant did engage in sexual contact with the victim and did make the victim touch the part of the genitals of the defendant with the intent to arouse or gratify the sexual desire of any person. Count 2 - Indecency with a child on or about November 14, 2014 and did engage in sexual contact with the victim with the intent to arouse or gratify the sexual desire of any person. Count 3 - Indecency with a child sexual contact on or about November 15, 2015 and did engage in sexual contact with the victim with the intent to arouse or gratify the sexual desire of any person.against the peace and dignity of the State.
