Donald Trump, along with others, are charged with a conspiracy to overturn the Georgia's 2020 presidential election results. The former Republican president has pleaded not guilty to the 13 charges he faces. The 98-page indictment claims that Mr Trump 'unlawfully conspired' to change the election outcome while participating in a 'criminal enterprise' (Violating Georgia's racketeering act - commonly known as the Rico act). Other charges include false claims of election fraud and solicitation of violation of oath. Prosecutors allege that that Mr Trump pressured Georgia officials to reverse the results of the election in the state, which he lost to Democrat Joe Biden. Central to the prosecution's case is a phone call he made to the state's secretary of state to 'recalculate' the vote tally. 'I just want to find 11,780 votes,' he is heard saying on a recording of the call.
