Calvin White eldest son of Priscilla White who was killed in a minor collision on June 30, 2019. Calvin White, who happens to work for Marta, is suing his employer because he believes his employer Marta (who have been in operation since 1950) and their driver Mr Tony Paulk (a driver since 1984) are responsible for his mother's death. The claim is that Tony Paulk is a restricted driver who was not wearing his glasses and nor did he have both hands on the steering wheel. Tony Paulk's Commercial Drive Licence required him to wear corrective lenses while driving a Marta bus. It is claimed that Tony Paulk did not take reasonable action to avoid the collision with Priscilla White who was in the process of crossing the road..
