The Washington DC Circuit Court of Appeals will today hear oral arguments in Donald Trump's appeal claiming that he is protected by presidential immunity in the four-count criminal case alleging that he conspired to defraud the U.S. by illegally subverting the results of the 2020 presidential election and the peaceful transfer of power.
