Timothy Madden, 38, of Scottsville, is accused of Kidnapping, first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy and the murder of a 7-year-old southern Kentucky girl Gabbi Doolin. Doolin disappeared while watching her older brothers play in a youth football game in November. Her body was discovered in a creek behind Allen County Scottsville High School about 30 minutes after she disappeared.
