Five cyclists were struck by a car, and one of the victims was struck again by a hit-skip driver. Rondell L. Dungy, 27, was arrested on scene for aggravated vehicular assault and suspected OVI. An unknown woman driving a 2010 Chevy Cobalt driving behind Dungy struck one of the victims. Her vehicle also collided with Dungy's during the accident.
