The charge relates to engaging in a criminal enterprise tied to illegal gambling, alongside her estranged husband and several other co-defendants. Marcos Lopez was arrested on June 5, 2025 after he was accused of running an illegal gambling enterprise throughout Central Florida that generated more than $20 million over the course of several years.
