Ramelle Williams and D'Anthony Tolbert are charged with murder, felony murder, armed robbery, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. They committed an armed robbery on January 14, 2019 during which Frank Fluitt III died.
