Noor Kestou

Noor Kestou is the owner of a Clinton Township building in Michigan that exploded on March 4, 2024. Officials said the building was full of nitrous oxide, butane canisters, and lighter fluid that sent shrapnel flying. The blasts were so strong that they sent pieces of metal flying as far as a mile away, with a 19-year-old man who was ¼ mile away being hit and killed by a flying canister. Kestou is facing an involuntary manslaughter charge. Kestou was arrested in April 2024 in New York with a plane ticket out of the United States.
