Video showed Noel Carter being kicked and shocked with a stun gun outside a downtown Orlando club in June 2015. A group called the Fight Back Coalition protested Monday outside the Orange County Courthouse. Officers said Carter was drunk and wouldn't cooperate. Carter's lawyer filed an excessive force complaint, but the officers were all cleared of any wrongdoing. Carter is facing several charges, including battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.
