Natalie Cochran

Natalie Cochran is accused of poisoning and killing her husband Michael Cochran, 38, with insulin. She is charged with first degree murder in his February 11, 2019 death. Natalie Cochran is a former pharmacist and is currently serving 11 years in prison for her role in a fraud scheme. She pleaded guilty to fraud charges in relation to a Ponzi scheme which fleeced investors, including her parents, siblings, in-laws, and co-workers, of over $2 million. She was running the Ponzi scheme at the time of Michael’s death. Financial documents also linked Michael to the scheme. Natalie claims that Michael suffered from substance abuse and began to take steroids and using illicit supplements. She claims that he was using far and above the normal doses and processing controversial alternative therapies.
