Singer-songwriter Morgan Wallen had been charged with three felony counts of reckless endangerment, in addition to one count of disorderly conduct after an alleged chair-throwing incident. Wallen is accused of throwing a chair off the top floor of Eric Church's Chief's bar on Nashville's Broadway strip, with the alleged incident occurring at 10:53pm on April 7th, 2024. In a plea hearing Wallen's felony charges are being reduced and he will now face two counts of reckless endangerment without a weapon. These are being treated as misdemeanours, not felonies.
