A jury convicted Mike Peterson of killing his wife, Kathleen, 13 years ago. In 2011, he was granted a new trial after a judge ruled a State Bureau of Investigation agent lied on the stand. After his release, Peterson was placed under house arrest and on electronic monitoring for more than two years. Now, Peterson's attorney is saying there are key issues with the evidence in the case.
