Matthew Milby is charged with aggravated discharge of a firearm, aggravated discharge at a school employee, and aggravated discharge at a school building, each punishable by 6 to 30 years in prison, for allegedly shooting inside Dixon High School. The school resource officer, Mark Dallas, shot and wounded Milby in an exchange of gunfire outside the school.
