Marquez Williams is charged with Felony Murder, aggravated assault, criminal damage to property and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Williams is charged in connection with the death of 35-year-old Tyrone Hardesty who was found shot dead inside a vehicle at an apartment complex.
