Lewis Clary and the husband of the complainant had been friends since childhood. Shortly after 10pm on September 11 2021 Lewis Clary was invited over for drinks in their back yard. Then sometime after midnight the complainant claims that she awoke to find Lewis Clary having non-consensual sex with her. Lewis Clary admitted to the police that he and the complainant had sex but claimed it was consensual. Lewis Clary is charged with Rape.
