Leandre Pittman and Antonio Sanders are charged with offenses related to the Street gang and Terrorism act. They committed the offenses on October 20, 2020 in 1) contravention of the Street gang and Terrorism act and 2) did commit Criminal street gang activity and 3) did commit a Felony murder and 4) did commit aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and 5) did commit a hijacking of a motor vehicle and 6) were in possession of a firearm during a felony and 7) did maintain or increase their status in a street gang and 8) obtained property through a criminal gang activity and 9) did encourage each other during the act of gang crimes and 10) did cause the shooting death of Lawrence Denny.
