Leander Bissell, 41, is charged with murder in the November hit-and-run death of Cleveland firefighter Johnny Tetrick. Bissell also faces charges of involuntary manslaughter, felonious assault, aggravated vehicular homicide, failure to comply and leaving the scene of an accident in the Nov. 19 death of the 51-year-old Tetrick, who was cleaning debris from an accident on the Shoreway when he was struck.
