Laura Rideout, Colin and Alexander Rideout, who are two sons of the Rideouts and Laura Rideout's boyfriend, Paul 'P.J.' Tucci are all charged with second-degree murder and tampering with evidence. They are accused of the murder of Craig Rideout, 50, who prosecutors say was beaten and strangled in the basement of his Penfield, NY, townhome. After using a corrosive acid to disfigure his face, wrapping his body in a tarp, and dumping the corpse in a wooded area in Yates County, the killer - or killers - forgot a small detail: Rideout's cellphone was still in his pants pocket.
