Kiara Sullivan is charged with unlawful neglect of a child that stemmed from the investigation into the disappearance of her one-year-old daughter, Leonna Wright. Leonna was reported missing from her home in Edgewood Square Apartments in Pendleton on June 6, 2015. She has not yet been found. In June, DSS agents removed 2 other of Sullivan's children from her apartment after one of the children, a 3-year-old, tested positive for cocaine, methamphetamine, and marijuana. Sullivan's boyfriend, Travis Jones, was also charged with unlawful neglect of a child and in October pleaded guilty to the neglect charge. A judge sentenced him to three years in prison.
