Kenneth Chesebro and Sidney Powell are among the 18 people indicted alongside Donald Trump for allegedly participating in a wide-ranging effort to overturn Georgia's election results. Kenneth Chesebro was charged with:- One count of violation of the Georgia RICO Act; two counts of conspiracy to commit forgery in the first degree; two counts of conspiracy to commit false statements and writings; one count of conspiracy to commit filing false documents; one count of conspiracy to commit impersonating a public officer. Sidney Powell was charged on seven counts -: Violation of the Georgia RICO act; 2 counts of conspiracy to commit election fraud; Conspiracy to commit computer theft; Conspiracy to commit computer trespass; Conspiracy to commit computer invasion of privacy; Conspiracy to defraud the state.
