Kelly Cochran, 34, is accused of homicide-open murder, conspiracy to commit dead bodies, disinterment and mutilation, concealing the death of an individual, accessory after the fact to a felony and lying to a peace officer. She allegedly helped her now-deceased husband Jason kill, dismember and hide the remains of Christopher Regan of Iron River. Kelly Cochran reportedly admitted to giving her husband Jason an overdose of heroin for revenge of Regan's death whom she had allegedly been having an affair with.
