Katrina Baur (Elijah Vue's mother), and her boyfriend, Jesse Vang were arrested for being party to the crime of child neglect involving a child under 6, not resulting in harm. Ms Baur is accused of chronic child neglect and two counts of resisting or obstructing an officer, in relation to Elijah, as well as child neglect relating to another child believed to be her six-year-old daughter. 3-year-old Elijah Vue disappeared from the home of her boyfriend, Jesse Vang, on February 20th but has not been found. Vang was watching Elijah and disciplining him, allegedly because he was supposed to teach the 3-year-old how to 'be a man'.
