Donald Davidson was indicted for the 2014 murder of 35-year-old Roseann Welsh. Davidson, 34, has been indicted on charges of first degree murder, attempted sexual battery, four counts of sexual battery, lewd and lascivious molestation, kidnapping and grand theft auto.
