Lawyers Stephen Diaco, Robert Adams and Adam Filthaut are accused by the Bar of conspiring with one of their paralegals to have lawyer C. Philip Campbell arrested for driving under the influence in January of 2013. The lawyers face accusations of misconduct, among other professional violations, and could lose their licenses to practice law.
