Derron Deshawn Sherard, 22, was charged with third-degree fleeing, resisting arrest, three counts of possession of a controlled substance. He pleaded guilty to all charges. Sherard is suspected to be involved in a deadly shooting in Southwest Detroit but no charges have been announced in that case.
