Chloe Driver is facing charges of malice murder, two counts of felony murder, aggravated assault, and cruelty to children for the stabbing to death murder of her 13-month-old daughter, Hannah. Driver, who was 20 when charged, has entered a plea of guilty due to reasons of insanity claiming that she was allegedly in the midst of a psychotic episode that included paranoia, delusional beliefs, hallucinations and disordered thinking. The incident happened at her home in a subdivision of Canton in Cherokee County, Georgia on December 8, 2020. When officers arrived, they found both the mother and child in an upstairs bedroom both suffering from stab wounds.
