Former Public Protector Advocate Busisiwe Mkhwebane has her case being heard in the Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA), to appeal the full bench judgment of the Western Cape High Court that dismissed her application with costs. She wants the SCA to review the decisions of the Section 194 inquiry that led to her removal from office.
