Angela Riggins Dantzler is accused of killing her husband, Lorenzo 'Lonny' Dantzler V, 61, at their home on Kings Harbour Road in Kings Point, Panama City, Florida on or about July 12th, 2021. On July 14th police responded for a welfare check. Upon arrival, police say they could see from outside the home the body of Lorenzo N. Dantzler V lying under a pile of sheets, towels, and dryer sheets. After forcing their way into the home theyd found a semi-automatic handgun, along with multiple shell casings, a few feet from the victim. In an upstairs bedroom they found Angela Dantzler with the victim's cell phone and two handguns beside her. In the Medical Examiner report, it was determined there were more than five gunshot wounds to the victim’s body from at least three different locations and with different caliber firearms. Authorities believe Lorenzo N. Dantzer V’s wife Angela moved to different areas of the home and shot him multiple times. Police say evidence also showed Angela Dantzler moved near the victim once again, this time standing over him, and shot him once again.
