Former Person/Caswell County District Attorney Wallace Bradsher faces charges of felony obtaining property by false pretense, aiding and abetting, conspiracy, three counts of obstruction of justice and misdemeanor failure to discharge the duties of his office. Former Rockingham County District Attorney Craig Blitzer is expected to testify against Bradsher as part of a plea agreement. The two former prosecutors are accused of conspiring to hire each other’s wives, but allowing Blitzer's wife, Cindy, to collect $48,000 in unearned state salary while taking full-time nursing classes at South University in High Point.
